If you have purchased Priority shipping on a package that you did not receive a claim can be filed with the USPS to be refunded for the value of the missing product
Storage & Care.
Papa’s Girl Pacifiers are constructed with durability in mind. Getting the front of you pacifier a little wet should not negatively effect the quality or life-span of your Papa’s girl pacifier. Simply pat dry the front of your pacifier with a dry, non-abrasive cloth, in a gentle blotting motion, but NOT wiping off. If you purchased a pacifier with a Polymer Clay Center, please keep in mind that it is not recommended that your pacifier be drenched in any water or liquid for any period of time in order to maintain the integrity of your pacifier’s clay elements. It is not recommended that any Papa’s Girl Pacifier be submerged in any liquid for an extended period of time to maintain the integrity of the water resistant adhesive. It is okay to rinse off your pacifier. To reassure a teat cleanliness, use an isopropyl alcohol pad around the full area of the teat and inside of pacifier shield after rinsing.
For best practices it is recommended that regular and long-term pacifier users invest in a pacifier sterilizing machine and keep pacifiers stored in an air tight container between uses.
Return Policy
Sales of all merchandise are final.
If a package cannot be delivered to a recipient due to failure to be home for the delivery or retrieve it from the post office thereafter, subsequently causing the shipment to be returned, then an attempt to contact the purchasing party will be attempted to ship the item to the receiving party again. In the case that shipping the item again is to be arranged the customer assumes full responsibility of the shipping fees occurred for any additional attempts to resend the purchase.
Papa’s Girl Pacifiers is not liable for lost, stolen, or damages occurred during shipping. In order to secure shipping insurance to recover funds for lost or stolen packages, please select Priority Shipping Ground 1-3 days at checkout. Papa’s Girl Pacifiers reserves the right to decline processing insurance claims with the post office. It is the duty of the purchasing party to process such claims.
